Waze GPS & traffic - a free, universal navigation app – has recently received an update, adding a hands-free mode and additional social features. The new hands-free mode allows users to use voice commands to have Waze share locations, or navigate to either home or work – though this is limited to the United States and Canada, for now. Additional social features involves sharing one’s location – this is now possible (via SMS or email). Further changes made in the update involve the re-appearance of the navigation list, improved Bluetooth support, bug fixes and optimizations. You can download Waze for free in the App Store.
